Creole cuisine takes its quality from the history of the French West Indies.
Caribbean food and culture was born when the European traders brought African slaves into the region.
They blended the knowledge of spices and vegetables they had brought from their homeland and included them with the precious fruits and vegetables of the Caribbean Islands, as well as other items found in the area.
Our Creole Buffet reflect the richness of this cuisine through some of its most delicious and popular dishes.
