Patrice’s passion for cooking started at a very young age, thanks to Denise, his grand-mother. After 2 years at the French Culinary School, Patrice worked in many exclusive restaurants throughout Europe, honing his skills in different areas of gastronomy. Then he moved to the West Indies and French Polynesia to discover new flavors and spices. He traveled through Southeast Asia where he learned Thai wok cooking as well as Indonesian and Indian cuisine. In 2002, he moved to Ibiza, where he’s lived ever since, offering his personalized Chef services and event organizing know how. His talent, coupled with his trademark smiling and friendly character, has gained him a island wide recognition and a steady, loyal clientele.
